About me:

My artistic process is motivated by other forms visual storytelling. Plays, games, movies, music, I am in love with narrative.  In my own process I try to achieve a similar feel, with a style and aesthetic influenced by folk tales, I love to invoke an interactive experience for viewers that rewards them with narrative detail.

Personally, when working on an illustration I look at the bare bones of what the message of the work is.  Some of my illustrations are open to interpretation but for the most part they have a clear idea that fuels them.  I look for relatable, exciting and comprehendible imagery and scenes that get the message across and use my personal style to bring the ideas to life in a new and creative way.

I am interested in narrative illustration and animation, developing narratives, characters and stories for a variety of media and working on the more conceptual side of illustration.  My style is colourful , detailed and narrative based making it perfect for book, movie concept, and game illustration.
